Join our dynamic team as a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender. The successful candidate will operate jet dyeing machines, ensuring quality and efficiency in textile processing. Experience in textile manufacturing is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of machine settings and monitor dye concentration.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Handle dye mixtures and materials with care, following environmental guidelines.
• Generate reports on production output and machine performance.
• Liaise with the maintenance team to schedule machine repairs when necessary.
• Assist in developing and implementing better operational processes.

• Ability to train new staff: Experience in onboarding and training junior operators within the team.
• Multi-machine operation experience: Experience in operating multiple types of dyeing machines.
