Join our team as a Stacker where you will be responsible for stacking, measuring, and organizing products within our Melbourne warehouse. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining an orderly inventory and exhibit a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial for our logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Mix chemicals for various production processes, adhering to quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Log mixing activities and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality assurance.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Comply with environmental and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels of raw materials.
• Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed in the workplace.
• Implement best practices in mixing and blending processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Certifications in chemical mixing or handling are desirable

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
