As a Machine Stoppage Frequency Checker, you will be pivotal in monitoring and analysing production machine stoppages. Your work will aim to reduce downtime significantly, ensuring optimal productivity throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
Monitor stoppage metrics and adjust workflows to improve efficiency.
Investigate machine issues and conduct root cause analysis.
Engage with team members to implement machine preventive maintenance.
Train staff on best practices for minimising machine downtimes.
Prepare and present reports on production efficiency to management.
Utilise statistical analysis tools to evaluate machine performance.
Maintain a strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Support project management initiatives related to production improvements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
