Job Description

As an Industrial Order Clerk, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role involves coordination with the sales team and warehouse staff and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize ERP and CRM software for order tracking and processing.
  • Train and assist new team members on order processing systems and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of order fulfilment processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in inventory management or order processing

Languages
