We are looking for an experienced Last Trimmer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our footwear meets the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of trimming and finishing footwear products, ensuring they align with our specifications and production targets. Responsibilities

• Carefully trim and finish footwear products to company specifications.
• Perform quality checks on final products to ensure standards are met.
• Support the production team in achieving set daily output targets.
• Keep the workspace orderly and efficient.
• Report any defects or production issues immediately.
• Adhere to all safety protocols during work processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Train new employees in trimming techniques and quality checks.
• Monitor supplies and assist in ordering materials as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality discrepancies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship in footwear manufacturing

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in footwear trimming and finishing
