We seek a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our dynamic team. The role involves grinding and polishing laboratory glassware to precise specifications while ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate grinding and polishing machines to meet production goals.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and perform maintenance as required.
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance to meet product standards.
• Take an active role in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct safety audits and report any incidents or concerns.
• Support the training of new employees on machine operation.
• Review and optimise grinding and polishing techniques for better output.
• Help implement best practices for waste reduction in the production process.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or engineering are an advantage
