Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will set up and operate machines to produce precision components according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards before shipping.
• Manage machine settings and configurations according to production requirements.
• Support the engineering team in the development of new processes or improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certificate III in Engineering or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• CAD/CAM Software
• Production Process Optimization

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Robotics in Manufacturing: Hands-on experience with robotic systems and their integration in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Safety Standards: Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and practices.
