Job Description

As a Cut Tobacco Bulker, you'll play a vital role in the efficient and safe handling of bulk tobacco within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure quality control and maintain high standards throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store bulk tobacco shipments upon arrival.
• Efficiently operate cutting and shredding machines to prepare processed tobacco.
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain high product standards.
• Participate in regular safety and operational training.
• Ensure a clean work environment by adhering to cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
• Help maintain detailed records of inventory and production metrics.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of relevant vocational training preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Basic mechanical skills

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift license
• First Aid certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Forklift license: Certification to operate forklifts will be advantageous.
