XYZ Ceramics is seeking an experienced Glaze Sprayer to ensure our products are finished to the highest standards. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating flawless glazes and maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-application checks of equipment and workspace.
• Mix glazes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Apply glaze in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect finished products to ensure high standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to improve glazing techniques.
• Document processes for quality assurance and traceability.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to glaze application.
