Job Description

As an Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will operate and maintain equipment that applies coatings to various surfaces. You will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate coating machinery to meet production demands.
• Inspect machinery before operation to ensure functionality.
• Document production data and chemical usage accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize workflow.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during production.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new operators and team members.
• Keep work area organized and safe.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in coating or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial coating preferred

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
