Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Die Reamer to join our production team. This role focuses on operating and maintaining die reaming machines, ensuring precision and high-quality standards are met in all machining processes. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong technical expertise, and actively contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust die reaming machines as per production needs.
• Conduct detailed inspections of reamed products, ensuring alignment with specifications.
• Carry out preventive maintenance checks and repairs on machinery.
• Identify inefficiencies within the reaming process and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the training and integration of new team members.
• Document and maintain records of production metrics.
• Develop and implement quality control measures.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the workshop.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in machining or a related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating and maintaining die reaming machines

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC machining: Exposure to CNC operations is a significant advantage.
