Job Description

As a Hot Wound Spring Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of hot wound springs. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring that quality standards are met and production targets achieved while fostering a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement improvements.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure that safety protocols are followed.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and training.
  • Manage maintenance schedules for production equipment.
  • Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting during production.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding production goals.
  • Ensure all documentation related to production and quality control is completed accurately.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or a related field
  • Post-secondary education in Quality Control or similar is an advantage
Experience
  • Expertise in hot wound spring production is preferred
