Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst (QA Lab Technician) to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will conduct quality control tests and inspections, ensuring that all materials and products meet stringent quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality tests on food products and raw materials.
• Record and compile test results for accurate reporting.
• Identify quality issues and suggest improvements.
• Assist in training staff on quality control practices.
• Implement and update quality assurance protocols as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to foster a quality-first culture.
• Prepare and present findings to management during quality meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Chemistry
• Certifications in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems are preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis Software

Advantageous

• Experience with quality assurance in food production: Hands-on experience ensuring compliance and safety in food manufacturing.
