Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Production Control Supervisor to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of our manufacturing production. This role is crucial in ensuring we meet customer demand while maintaining high-quality standards. The right candidate will coordinate with multiple teams and lead efforts in optimizing our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules based on customer demand.
• Lead production meetings to update teams on schedules and targets.
• Utilize ERP software to track production progress and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for material availability.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes.
• Ensure accurate reporting of production results to management.
• Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for project execution.
• Mentor and develop production planning team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

Experience

• At least 5 years in production planning or related field

Technical Skills

• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Data Analysis Tools

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages
