Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining the machinery responsible for filling cans with products. Your duties will include manual handling of materials and monitoring production line speed while ensuring quality and safety standards are met in our vibrant manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Expertly operate machinery responsible for processing canned products.
• Regularly monitor production line velocity to streamline output.
• Conduct thorough product quality audits during the filling process.
• Diagnose and repair machinery issues affecting production workflow.
• Uphold cleanliness standards within the production facility.
• Adhere to all operating procedures and safety measures.
• Assist in onboarding new team members by providing hands-on training.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Experience

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Equipment troubleshooting
• Production line efficiency

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP practices: Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
