Responsibilities

• Effectively trim and shape metals as per detailed specifications.
• Utilise machinery such as grinders, shears, and press brakes competently.
• Conduct thorough inspections of metal components for quality assurance.
• Translate drawings and specifications into actionable tasks.
• Proactively maintain tools, machinery, and workspaces.
• Support production teams in streamlining workflows.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Engage in troubleshooting machinery-related issues promptly.
• Facilitate training sessions for junior team members.
• Contribute ideas for product and process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required but certifications are preferred

Experience

• Preferred 2-4 years of experience in a similar position

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Manual Dexterity

Certifications

• Certifications in CNC operation are a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
