Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Heat Treating Equipment Setter, Operator, and Tender to be part of our passionate team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tube heaters and a strong mechanical background.

Responsibilities

• Set up heat treating equipment according to operational requirements.
• Perform adjustments to heating elements and controls for optimal operation.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Engage in team meetings and provide input on equipment-related issues.
• Support and assist other departments as required.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant trade qualifications

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Tool operation
• Computer proficiency

Certifications

• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent
