Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Social and Community Service Manager to lead our youth programs at Community Connect. In this role, you will develop and implement initiatives that support youth empowerment and community engagement, while managing a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning for community service initiatives.
  • Supervise program coordinators and support staff in delivering high-quality services.
  • Enhance community engagement through outreach and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on program budgets and expenditures.
  • Utilise data to assess community needs and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Create a positive environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and volunteers.
  • Serve as a representative at community events and forums.
  • Engage with local youth to gather insights and improve programs.
  • Inspire others through effective leadership and active participation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Sociology)
  • Master's degree in Social Work is highly regarded
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in managing community service programs.
