Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager who will be instrumental in enhancing our workplace culture and strategic HR initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources role
