Responsibilities will include managing recruitment, training, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate interviews.
  • Develop and implement employee onboarding programs.
  • Maintain compliance with HR regulations and policies.
  • Support employee performance management processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Provide support for employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff development.
  • Manage employee records and HR information systems.
  • Prepare HR reports for management, tracking metrics and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
