We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team at ABC HR Solutions in Canberra. The successful candidate will ensure that our HR strategies align with business goals while promoting a productive and engaging workplace culture. Responsibilities will include managing recruitment, training, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Design and implement effective employee training and development programs.
• Ensure organizational compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Create initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Evaluate HR practices and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the performance appraisal and feedback processes.
• Update and maintain employee handbooks and policies.
• Coordinate HR metrics to analyze performance and set objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
