Responsibilities

• Drive the recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing training sessions.
• Maintain HR compliance and manage audits.
• Develop initiatives for talent acquisition and retention.
• Assist in conflict resolution and mediation within teams.
• Compile reports on HR metrics and workforce statistics.
• Organise staff events and team-building activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
• Master’s degree in Human Resources is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience

• Talent Management

Certifications

• Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)

Languages

• English: Fluent
