Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on emerging trends in employee benefits.
  • Conduct audits of existing benefits plans to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with internal teams to develop tailored communication materials for clients.
  • Assist clients in navigating legal and regulatory complexities related to employee benefits.
  • Continuously enhance personal knowledge of the benefits landscape through ongoing education.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of group insurance products and retirement plans
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits consulting
