Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Associate to join our HR team. This role involves supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and providing assistance to employees on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of candidates for various roles.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Organise training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
  • Assist in performance reviews and employee evaluations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and advise management accordingly.
  • Facilitate HR-related projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR support role.
