Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to manage and enhance our training programs in Darwin. As a crucial part of our Learning and Development team, you will oversee training logistics, develop training materials, and ensure that training meets organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design curriculum and instructional materials to align with training goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars both onsite and offsite.
  • Conduct needs assessments to guide training development.
  • Ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and providing initial training.
  • Create reports on training outcomes and participant progress.
  • Participate in continuous process improvements for training programs.
  • Promote training initiatives to encourage employee participation.
  • Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure training impact.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in training and development are an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a training or instructional design role
