You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates to our clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the HR team to understand staffing requirements.
• Advise clients on market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Refine and enhance the recruitment process continuously.
• Document feedback and improve candidate experience based on insights.
• Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Participate in training sessions to improve recruitment skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
