Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will design and implement training programs to boost employee skills and support our organisational goals. You will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs and develop tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training sessions and provide coaching to employees to support skill acquisition.
  • Monitor and report on training budgets and resources efficiency.
  • Promote cross-departmental collaboration through knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of leadership training programs for emerging leaders.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members in the training team.
  • Ensure training compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Adult Education or a related field are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training or development roles
