We are seeking a passionate individual who will be responsible for managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a productive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Oversee employee performance management processes.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and employee relations.
  • Monitor compliance with employment legislation.
  • Develop and implement HR programs that foster engagement.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to drive improvements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
