Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive human resource strategy.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
  • Drive the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Lead performance appraisal processes ensuring fairness and objectivity.
  • Advocate for employees by resolving grievances and fostering a positive working environment.
  • Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise and guide HR staff in their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Conduct exit interviews to inform further HR actions.
  • Prepare and manage HR budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national employment laws.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a management capacity.
