Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and overseeing employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian employment law and regulations, as well as a track record of enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee training and professional development initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics to assess departmental performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or related field
