Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive HR Generalist with a knack for recruitment and employee relations. This role entails managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, and enhancing company culture through effective employee engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote employee development and skill enhancement.
  • Manage HR projects aimed at improving workplace policies and employee satisfaction.
  • Evaluate current HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR matters.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by integrating them into the company culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve workforce planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management or recruitment
