Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Director to manage and develop our roster of models. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for booking models for various projects and events, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee model bookings for fashion shows and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their casting needs.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of models.
  • Evaluate and mentor junior talent agents within the agency.
  • Organize and coordinate model training sessions.
  • Monitor performance feedback from clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Coordinate promotional events to showcase talent.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and industry regulations.
  • Implement innovative approaches to attract new clients.
  • Maintain a professional image for the agency in all interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management or related positions
