HR Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our people strategies in Sunshine Coast. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all human resources activities including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with a track record of creating inclusive workforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns, working with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Develop and implement learning and development strategies for employee skill enhancement.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate performance appraisal processes to motivate and develop staff.
• Manage external relationships with employment agencies and consultants.
• Establish and maintain a workplace culture that promotes safety and wellbeing.
• Prepare HR reports for management, analyzing workforce trends.
• Respond to employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair manner.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies and best practices.
• Supervise HR administrative tasks including payroll and benefits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance
