Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment cycle and enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Advise on employee relations concerns and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to legal compliance and HR best practices.
  • Develop and contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover metrics.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in HR topics.
  • Design and implement training and development programs.
  • Review and update employee handbooks as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Certification in HR management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management
