Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR initiatives and strategies in Mildura. The successful candidate will enhance our workplace by developing effective HR policies and fostering a culture of excellence. This position will require strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance and support to all levels of staff.
  • Oversee benefits administration and compensation plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
