Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire payroll process from data entry to payment distribution.
  • Ensure payroll compliance by keeping up-to-date with local regulations.
  • Assist in the year-end processing of payroll and tax documents.
  • Implement efficient payroll procedures to enhance workflow.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll records and processes.
  • Train and develop payroll staff to improve overall department efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Work with external auditors as required during payroll audits.
  • Facilitate payroll system upgrades and software changes.
  • Create payroll reports for management review to aid in decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing
