Job Description

As a Temporary Help Agency Referral Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment team by effectively referring qualified candidates for temporary or contract roles. Your efforts will ensure that our clients receive the right talent to meet their staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have robust administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Provide training support to new employees on recruitment processes.
  • Assist in marketing and advertisement of job vacancies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred
Experience
