• Engage passive candidates through direct outreach and maintain ongoing conversations.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations.
• Monitor recruitment channels to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding efforts.
• Assist in developing the company’s recruitment marketing strategy.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Work closely with the HR team to streamline the recruitment process.
• Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Diploma in Human Resources Management preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume technical recruiting

Certifications

• Certified Talent Acquisition Strategist (CTAS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
