Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts in Hobart. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging content, managing online communities, and developing innovative social media strategies to enhance our brand presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit top talent through effective sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Manage employee onboarding, including training and orientation.
  • Drive employee engagement strategies to enhance retention.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Handle performance appraisals and manage feedback mechanisms.
  • Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR databases and records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and organise training sessions.
  • Monitor workplace safety and compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced HR qualifications are a plus
