Job Description

The Wage Adjuster will be responsible for ensuring that employee salaries align with company policies and Australian labour laws. This role focuses on conducting salary surveys and maintaining accurate records while providing valuable insights to management.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze salary data and adjust figures based on market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with national and state regulations concerning employee compensation.
  • Collaborate with management to develop recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Train HR staff on compensation policies and procedures.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to maintain and retrieve compensation information.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • Experience with salary surveys and market analysis.

Certifications
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
