Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Canberra. This role is pivotal in shaping our HR strategy and aligning it with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services to the organization.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
  • Implement effective talent management and succession planning strategies.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Conduct HR audits to assess compliance and identify improvement areas.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management.
  • Facilitate workshops on diversity and inclusion to foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and practices to ensure best-in-class service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in HR management or related roles
