Job Description

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Chief Administrative Officer who will oversee all administrative functions in our growing organisation. This role is pivotal, aimed at optimising procedures, ensuring compliance, and supporting the executive team in achieving long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of administrative best practices and processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment of administrative strategies.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of the administrative staff.
  • Handle budgeting and resource allocation related to administrative operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps and implement corrective measures.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to foster collaboration and efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to the board of directors.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and administrative personnel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in administrative roles, including experience in leadership positions.
