Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of compensation strategies and benefits programs that attract and retain talent. Your expertise will shape our approach to ensuring competitive pay structures aligned with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation data to support decision-making processes.
  • Create job descriptions and specifications based on comprehensive job evaluations.
  • Design and implement equitable pay structures within the organization.
  • Manage the compensation review process, including merit-based increases.
  • Prepare compensation analyses to support budget forecasting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee benefits programs.
  • Develop strategies to attract top talent through competitive compensation.
  • Advise on compliance with local, state, and federal compensation laws.
  • Communicate compensation strategies to enhance employee understanding.
  • Ensure organizational practices align with industry standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree or professional certification is desirable
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in compensation and benefits management
