Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Australian employment laws and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to enhance retention.
  • Keep accurate employee records and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Assist in creating and updating company policies and handbooks.
  • Facilitate performance management discussions and feedback.
  • Organize training programs and professional development opportunities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover data.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation.
  • Participate in HR projects to enhance practices and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
  • Master's degree in HR management or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles with a generalist focus
