Job Description

The Human Resources Specialist will focus on recruitment, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our talent acquisition processes and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment drives for high volume roles.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Facilitate training sessions on interviewing skills for hiring managers.
  • Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
  • Respond to candidate queries in a timely manner.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance HR capabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
  • HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR recruitment role
