Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Launceston team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into various roles. You will engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and build lasting relationships to help grow their businesses. Ideal candidates are skilled communicators with a passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to establish their recruitment needs.
  • Identify and source potential candidates via job boards and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers between clients and successful candidates.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the company’s recruitment strategies.
  • Help to create job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to improve performance.
  • Facilitate candidate onboarding processes.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or relevant field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment processes
