Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Canberra to join our dedicated team. This role involves managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Australian employment laws and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection.
  • Develop and facilitate HR training programs.
  • Address employee concerns and develop effective resolution strategies.
  • Monitor compliance with labour laws and industry regulations.
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Collect and analyse employee feedback to inform HR strategies.
  • Implement initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management
  • Additional certifications such as PHR or SPHR are beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of generalist HR experience
