Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions within our client organisations. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for talent and exceptional communication skills, aiming to provide the best match for both candidates and employers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Interact with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Utilise recruitment software and tools to track applicant progress.
  • Conduct candidate referencing and background checks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant certification in HR or Recruitment is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role
