Job Description

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our passionate team in Sydney. This role will support a wide range of human resource functions while playing a key role in enhancing employee engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a strong understanding of HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of employee performance reviews.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection activities.
  • Assist in the development of training and onboarding materials.
  • Gather and analyse employee feedback for HR initiatives.
  • Ensure HR compliance with Australian legislation.
  • Implement employee engagement activities and monitor participation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Preferred HR certifications
Experience
  • 3+ years in HR or a similar role
