Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our Albury team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and team dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Keep up-to-date employee records and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Encourage employee feedback and act as a point of contact for queries.
  • Implement staff welfare initiatives and health programs.
  • Contribute to HR strategy developments and improve HR practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources roles
