Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Organizational Development Director to join our dynamic team. This key role involves designing and implementing effective learning and development programs tailored to enhance employee performance and engagement across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders to identify development needs and strategise accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of leadership and management development programs.
  • Implement organizational development initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Manage learning and development budget and vendor relationships.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to tailor development programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience designing and delivering successful learning and development programs
